SKIPS User Guide

Introduction Overview

SKILLS CENTER

The SKILLS Center helps users strengthen performance through skill updating, learning objectives, and short-term goal setting. Learning objectives paired with performance goals create a blueprint for growth, supported by key performance indicators and areas of improvement.

Easy-to-read charts and graphs provide individualized data analytics, helping users identify trends and set targeted goals for the year.

📅 PLANNERS

SKIPS simplifies planning with intuitive tools that guide users step-by-step. The embedded calendar allows full editing capability, supporting:

  • Yearly planning
  • Monthly planning
  • Weekly and daily planning

Users can upload files directly into the media library, reuse them anytime, and quickly locate past plans using the search feature. Shared plans and portfolios help build team capacity and streamline collaboration.

🤝INTERACTIVE MEETING CENTER

Collaboration becomes dynamic with the SKIPS AI-Coach, which provides content tailored to your organization’s culture. Meeting notes keep attention on learning objectives and short-term goal progress.

The Talent Snapshot tool—built from subject matter expert content—creates a feedback loop between supervisors and employees.

All interfacing activities are archived on a single screen, allowing users to view past and present performance seamlessly.

💻 Installation

SKIPS operates on any computer system or server with simple setup steps. Inside the zip folder is Installation.pdf, that will give detailed instructions on how to set up SKIPS. SKIPS can be set up on a single computer, a local network, or on a server so it can be accessed online.

Admins assign users to user groups that are based on departments or divisions for accurate workflow tracking and grouped assessment results in the Skills Center.

SKIPS integrates smoothly with existing software—no duplicated processes. Upload traditional print materials (curriculum, SME content, manuals, SOPs, academic standards) and use them directly in planner tools, making content accessible all year.
